Each surface is treated and prepared in an individual manner based upon; the existing condition of the surface, the type of surface, the desired end product and the intended use of the end product. All of these variables are considered when determining the best method of preparation.
Operating our specialized equipment allows us the capability of handling the diversified demands of all our clientele. We also provide numerous types and grades of media. Our most requested media to date is our own, distinct mineral mix, IB Mix. Our mineral blasting process removes rust and/or contaminants safely, leaving you with a satin smooth, undamaged pre-treated surface suitable for powder coating or painting. Mineral Blasting with IB Mix is safe for use on all steel and aluminum products. We save you time and money by limiting sanding or chemically treating components prior to powder coating or painting.
